We’re looking for experienced Business Managers with 1+ year in Interior Designing Sales (managerial role) to join our growing team in Bangalore.
Role OverviewAs a Senior Business Manager, you will drive revenue, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless execution of interior projects from consultation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales cycle: lead handling, client meetings, and closures
- Handle a team of 5-6 Interior Designers
- Drive revenue targets and maximize project value
- Understand client requirements and align design solutions accordingly
- Coordinate with design and operations teams for smooth execution
- Manage client expectations and resolve escalations
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track performance metrics
What We’re Looking For- 1+ year of managerial experience in interior sales
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
