Position 1: Core OSD Pharma Sales & Business Development – Domestic Market

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional from the pharmaceutical industry to drive domestic business development for OSD formulations and allied pharma products across India. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through pharma companies, PCD distributors, institutional clients, and contract manufacturing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop domestic business for:
- Third-Party Manufacturing
- Contract Manufacturing
- Loan License Manufacturing
- PCD Pharma Franchise Business
- Private Label Manufacturing
- Generate business for:
- Tablets
- Capsules
- Syrups
- Dry Syrups
- Ointments
- Softgel Capsules
- Sachets
- Oils & Roll-On Products
- Appoint and manage:
- Pharma distributors
- Super stockists
- PCD franchise partners
- Institutional buyers
- Build strong relationships with:
- Pharma companies
- Marketing companies
- Hospitals
- Government suppliers
- Retail & healthcare chains
- Handle commercial negotiations, pricing, and product finalization.
- Coordinate with production, QA, QC, regulatory, and dispatch teams for smooth execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.
- Participate in pharma exhibitions, trade fairs, and B2B meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5–12 years of experience in core pharmaceutical business development/sales.
- Strong exposure to OSD pharma manufacturing business.
- Experience in third-party manufacturing / contract manufacturing sales is mandatory.
- Existing network with pharma marketing companies and PCD distributors preferred.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical formulations and commercial processes.
- Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Qualification
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.

- Achieve export sales and collection targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical export sales/business development.
- Strong exposure to OSD pharma export business.
- Experience in semi-regulated and regulated export markets preferred.
- Existing international distributor network preferred.
- Good understanding of export documentation and international commercial terms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Qualification
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA (International Business / Marketing) preferred.
