Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager – Domestic Market to drive B2B sales, distributor expansion, institutional partnerships, and private label opportunities across India.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute domestic business growth strategies across pharma, wellness, FMCG, and personal care sectors.
• Identify and onboard distributors, channel partners, and institutional clients.
• Drive contract manufacturing, third-party manufacturing, and private label business opportunities.
• Build relationships with pharma companies, wellness brands, and retail chains. • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. • Coordinate with production, QA, regulatory, and supply chain teams.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 5–10 years of experience in pharma, wellness, FMCG, nutraceutical, or cosmetic sectors. • Strong domestic market network preferred.
• Experience in contract manufacturing or third-party manufacturing sales preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Qualification
MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
Position 2: Senior Business Development Manager – Export Market

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager – Export Market to lead international business development, distributor acquisition, and strategic partnerships across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new international business opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with overseas distributors, importers, and agents.
• Drive export sales growth across Africa, Middle East, Asia, LATAM, CIS, and other target markets. • Lead contract manufacturing and private label export opportunities.
• Coordinate with regulatory and documentation teams for export compliance.
• Participate in international trade fairs and B2B networking events.
• Develop pricing strategies and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor international market trends and competitor activity.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 5–12 years of experience in international business development within pharma, wellness, nutraceutical, cosmetic, or FMCG sectors.
• Strong understanding of export processes and global distribution channels.
• Existing international distributor network preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Willingness to travel internationally.
Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in International Business or Marketing preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
