(Founder’s Office | High-Ownership Role)
I run a growing CAD / BIM outsourcing business and am looking for a sharp Business Development–focused professional who can also handle day-to-day coordination and reporting. We are at an early but ambitious growth stage. I’m personally involved and looking for someone who wants long-term growth, not just a job.
This is not a typical 9–5 job — it’s an output-driven role with performance-based growth.
Location: Durgapur, West Bengal
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (Primary)
- Generate and qualify new leads (international)
- Outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Handle initial client communication and follow-ups
- Coordinate proposals, quotations, and deal closure
- Maintain lead pipeline and BD tracker
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal production team
- Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables
- Act as communication bridge between founder, clients, and team
Reporting
- Daily activity report
- Weekly BD, operations, and payment status report
- Highlight risks, delays, and improvement suggestions
What we are looking for:
- Background in Business Development / Sales (service-based business preferred)
- Strong English communication (written & verbal)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Lead generation
- Follow-ups
- Client handling
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets to generate reports.
- Ownership mindset (self-driven, accountable)
Working Style:
- Flexible working hours
- Must be responsive during business-critical situations
- Output and results matter more than hours
