Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and sustaining client relationships, and developing strategies to expand market reach. The role involves analyzing market trends, preparing detailed proposals, and managing the entire sales cycle. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in mid-size IT Infrastructure services company and proven track record
- Proficiency in business development, sales strategy, and account management
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and generate leads
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills
- Understanding of IT infrastructure services such as Cloud, Information Security, and Networking
- Experience in proposal creation, contract negotiation, and closing enterprise-level deals
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Experience in the IT or technology sector is highly beneficial
