Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and creating strategies to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include client acquisition, organizing regular client meetings, preparing business proposals, and negotiating contracts. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with the company’s solutions and ensure the successful execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, client management, and sales strategy execution
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify potential markets and analyze market trends effectively
- Strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports
- Experience in industries such as FMCG, real estate, textiles, or mechanical is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in digital tools such as CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
