PropFlo by Bento Labs is a fast-growing PropTech SaaS platform that helps real estate businesses automate sales, manage properties, and close deals faster. We’re not building just another CRM – we’re building the operating system for modern real estate teams across India.
We need someone who can combine smart product knowledge with genuine relationship-building – someone comfortable presenting to a room of decision-makers and following through until the deal is signed.
What You’ll Actually Do (Not Just Responsibilities):
- Own the full sales cycle from first call to signed contract :This isn’t a role where you hand off leads – you find them, pitch them, negotiate, and close them.
- Meet clients where they are : This role is a healthy mix of office-based work and client meetings. When it matters, you’ll step out to meet key decision-makers and promoters in person – because some deals just close better face-to-face.
- Become the product expert clients trust : Understand PropFlo inside-out – features, integrations, workflows – so you can tailor pitches to each client’s pain points, not recite a script.
- Drive revenue growth : You’ll have clear goals to work towards, with full support from the team to help you get there. We care about outcomes, not just activity.
- Be the voice of the customer internally : Share real market insights, objections, and feature requests directly with the co-founders and product team. Your input will shape the product roadmap.
- Ensure smooth client onboarding : Transition closed deals to the customer success team and stay involved until the client is live and happy.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline : Keep your pipeline organized, forecast accurately, and never let a warm lead go cold.
Who We’re Looking For:
This role is for someone who’s curious, driven, and eager to grow fast. Here’s what makes you a great fit:
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable) :
- 2–4 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Demonstrated ability to close deals independently – not just generate leads or give demos
- Comfort with client-facing interactions – whether virtual or in-person meetings
- Ability to explain a software product’s value in plain language to non-technical buyers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mindset – you don’t wait to be told what to do
Strong Advantages :
- Experience selling SaaS products to SMBs or mid-market companies
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot (we’ll get you up to speed if not)
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and software workflows
- Any exposure to Real Estate, PropTech, or property management (not required – we’ll teach you the domain)
- Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling approaches
This Role Is Probably Not For You If…
- Your experience is limited to lead generation, cold calling, or product demos without owning deal closures
- You’re uncomfortable stepping out for occasional client meetings when needed
- You need constant hand-holding or detailed scripts to pitch a product
- You’re looking for a purely remote or work-from-home position
