Core Responsibilities
High-Volume Calling : Conduct 80–100 quality outbound calls daily to prospective students.
High-Ticket sales: Product range starts more than 50000 INR
Target Achievement : Consistently hit and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets.
Consultative Closing : Guide students through our tech curriculum and close sales by addressing career pain points and overcoming objections.
Pipeline Management : Rigorously follow up with "hot" and "warm" leads to ensure zero leakage in the sales funnel.
CRM Accuracy : Maintain real-time updates of all lead interactions and sales stages.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 1+ years in EdTech sales or high-ticket B2C phone sales.
Skills : Strong "pitching" ability with a high degree of emotional intelligence and persistence.
Mindset: Result-oriented and comfortable with a performance-linked incentive structure.
Communication: Fluent in Malayalam with the ability to build rapport over a 10-minute call. Basic English language also required
Availability: Ready to work in a high-pressure environment, including weekends (with a compensatory off).
Compensation
Fixed Salary(Best in the industry) + Uncapped Performance Incentives.
