Role Description
The Sr. Business Development Executive at Aleph India Group is responsible for outbound prospecting, client communication, quotation & documentation, and related functions within the Business Development department. This role operates at L4 level under the Certification Wing, requiring a minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience. The incumbent will drive measurable outcomes across 4 assigned KRAs, aligned with Aleph INDIA's mission in technical consulting, product testing, regulatory approvals, and compliance services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRAs)
KRA 1: Outbound Prospecting
KRA 2: Client Communication
KRA 3: Quotation & Documentation
KRA 4: Daily Activity Reporting
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Key Skills: Prospecting, Cold Calling, Quotation Preparation, CRM Data Entry, Communication, MS Office
Experience: Minimum 1+ years in business development or related domain
CTC (Monthly): Upto ₹35,000/month
CTC (Annual): ₹420,000/annum
