Job Description:
Strong P&C Insurance Domain understanding
Prior exp of working as data analyst
Primary (Mandatory) Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in the Insurance domain
- Strong expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, with E&S experience
- Deep understanding of insurance data across:
- Policy Administration
- Rating, Endorsements, Renewals
- Claims and Reinsurance
- Strong expertise in source-to-target mapping and data transformations
- SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery models and experience working with Jira
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Secondary (Nice to Have) Skills
- Hands-on experience with enterprise data warehousing and data modeling
- Experience with Insurity DataHouse
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI / reporting tools
- Exposure to Commercial Lines, including:
- Auto, Property, General Liability
- Workers’ Compensation
- Excess & Surplus (E&S) and XS Casualty
