Role Summary:
In this role, you will be part of an integrated team of technology and business consultants supporting one of our key accounts. You will work directly with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to shape architecture direction, align strategic priorities, and enable decision-making at leadership level. The primary client stakeholder is a U.S.-based senior leader within a leading global manufacturer of automation, components, and robotics solutions.
This engagement focuses on understanding current-state technology capabilities, linking those capabilities to business goals, identifying gaps, and defining a strategic roadmap (what now, what next). You will also support internal leadership with account-level architecture intelligence and recommendations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work closely with U.S. brand Product Owners, Marketing Heads, Digital teams, and Internal Leadership Teams to understand priorities and pain points.
- Gather requirements, write clear user stories, and manage the delivery backlog end-to-end.
- Run refinement, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups — you’ll be the glue between client stakeholders and our POD delivery teams.
- Drive and participate in stakeholder interviews across business, IT, data, legal/compliance, and leadership teams to capture priorities, pain points, constraints, and decision needs.
- Document current-state architecture (system landscape, integration points, data movement, ownership boundaries, and technical dependencies).
- Identify and document gaps, root causes, risks, and dependencies; convert them into quick wins
- Present findings to executive stakeholders in clear business language.
- Collaborate continuously with internal stakeholders, and leadership teams (this is not an individual contributor-only role).
We’re Looking For:
- 6-9 years of experience as Business Analyst / Sr. Business Analyst.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and enterprise discovery experience.
- Ability to navigate broad enterprise ecosystems beyond a single technology stack or platform.
- Strong consultative mindset with the ability to ask meaningful questions, synthesize information, and uncover business and technology insights.
- Experience working within cross-functional and globally distributed environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts, ecosystem mapping, integration landscapes, and transformation planning.
---------------------------------------------
- Exposure to technologies/platforms such as:
- Snowflake
- Databricks
- Salesforce
- Integration platforms and APIs
- Enterprise data ecosystems
- Sales and marketing technology stacks
- Experience in manufacturing or large enterprise environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture methodologies and best practices is beneficial.
----------------------------------------------
- Strong Agile & Scrum Master background — you’ve run sprints, managed Jira backlogs, written stories, tracked velocity, and handled stakeholder reviews like second nature.
- Comfortable dealing with marketing, brand, legal/compliance, and IT teams — especially in regulated industries (healthcare, CPG, manufacturing, financial services is a big plus).
- Excellent communication — you can explain technical things in simple English to CMOs and equally talk requirements with developers.
Bonus Points
- Previously worked on the brand side or managed long-term MSO contracts.
- Scrum Master or PMP/PSPO/CSPO certification.
- Experience in enterprise ecosystems (ERP, CRM, analytics, data platforms, integrations).
- Experience in regulated industries is a strong advantage (manufacturing, healthcare, CPG).
You Are Someone Who
- Loves solving real problems, stays calm when launches go crazy, enjoys building trust with clients, and takes pride in seeing numbers move up every month.
