Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst based in South Delhi. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth business analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, and designing optimized business processes. The role also requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, analyzing data to identify trends and insights, and supporting the development of strategic initiatives to drive organizational improvement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills, including interpreting data and generating insights
- Experience in Business Analysis and identifying opportunities to improve business processes
- Strong Communication skills, including collaboration with stakeholders and presenting findings effectively
- Knowledge of Business Processes and the ability to design and refine them for improved outcomes
- Expertise in understanding and documenting Business Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Proficiency in analytical tools and software
- Experience in the analytics or training industry is highly desirable
