Proven expertise in troubleshooting, system setup, and functional analysis is essential. A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a master’s degree or relevant certifications in Oracle HCM or Business Analysis will be an added advantage.
Exceptional communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams are crucial. Experience working in a remote environment and managing multiple stakeholders effectively will be highly valued.

- Conducting requirement gathering sessions and translating business needs into detailed functional specifications.
- Mapping existing HR processes and identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- Designing and configuring Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Time and Labor, and Compensation & Benefits, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.
- Managing the full change lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and end-user training to ensure smooth transitions and adoption.
- Providing ongoing support for incident resolution, troubleshooting, and problem management to maintain system stability and performance.
- Collaborating with HR process owners, technical teams, data specialists, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
- Conducting impact assessments for new features or changes and recommending solutions that optimize HR systems’ efficiency and effectiveness.
