We’re looking for a Sr. Brand & Creative Strategist with a strong design mindset who can shape how brands look, feel, and communicate through visual identity, storytelling, and creative direction.
This is not a marketing strategy role. We’re looking for someone rooted in brand design, visual systems, and creative thinking who can translate strategy into compelling brand experiences.
The role is highly visual and hands-on, focused on building culturally relevant and research-oriented brand work across storytelling and digital touchpoints.
If you naturally think in typography, layouts, visual language, narratives, brand behavior, and audience perception and enjoy shaping how brands show up, this role is for you.
Important Note
This is a design-led brand role focused on visual identity, creative direction, and brand systems.
Please do not apply if your background is primarily in performance marketing, digital marketing, account management, social media marketing, or communication strategy without hands-on experience in brand design and visual identity work.
What You’ll Do
Brand Strategy, Research & Creative Direction
- Shape brand positioning, strategic thinking, and overall creative direction across brand and digital touchpoints.
- Use research, audience insights, cultural context, and brand strategy to inform creative decisions and shape meaningful brand experiences.
- Translate complex ideas and strategic narratives into clear, distinctive brand expressions.
- Build brands that feel cohesive, scalable, culturally relevant, and visually strong.
- Bring research, strategy, and aesthetics together to shape meaningful brand experiences.
Visual Identity & Systems
- Define and evolve visual identity systems including typography, color, composition, grids, art direction, and brand guidelines.
- Develop adaptable visual languages that maintain consistency across platforms, products, and formats.
- Create original visual concepts and design systems that strengthen brand recognition and elevate the overall brand experience.
Storytelling & Narrative Thinking
- Transform customer insights, behaviours, and business narratives into clear and engaging visual storytelling.
- Simplify enterprise, product, and technology messaging through thoughtful design and narrative structures.
- Build brand stories that communicate with clarity, emotion, and purpose.
Collaboration & Creative Alignment
- Work closely with leadership & designers to shape creative outcomes from concept to execution.
- Embed design thinking into the creative process across brand initiatives and experiences.
What You Bring
- 2–6 years of experience in brand strategy, visual identity, creative direction, or brand design.
- Strong understanding of branding from both a strategic and visual perspective.
- Comfort working with Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools.
- Experience across consumer, tech, and B2B brands, particularly in digital-first or growth-stage businesses.
Good to Have
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
- Exposure to storytelling-led branding or integrated campaigns.
- Understanding of digital brand experiences.
