Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Baduria for a Regional Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include driving sales growth within the assigned region, managing and developing dealer and distributor networks, and meeting revenue targets. The Regional Sales Manager will analyze market trends, strategize sales activities, and collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective promotional campaigns. The role will also involve team management, providing guidance and support to regional sales staff, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development, with expertise in managing dealer and distributor networks.
- Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to train and motivate sales teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Sound knowledge of market trends and the ability to use data-driven insights for strategic planning.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Familiarity with the interior solutions or construction industry is a significant advantage.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region as part of the job role.
