Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Branch Manager/Branch Head located in Jaipur. The Sr. Branch Manager/Branch Head will oversee daily branch operations, manage a team, and drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, nurturing client relationships, ensuring compliance with policies, staff training, and handling escalations. The role requires leadership to achieve operational and financial goals while fostering a positive and effective workplace culture.

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Experience in sales processes, client relationship management, and business growth strategies
• Proficiency in operations management, compliance, and staff training
• Proven ability to analyze performance data and optimize workflows and objectives
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools and business systems
• Prior experience in health insurance or financial services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
