Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Billing Engineer with strong expertise in hirise software real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing all billing-related activities, contractor billing, cost tracking, and ensuring accurate financial documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify RA bills (Running Account Bills) for contractors and vendors
• Handle client billing, subcontractor billing, and reconciliation
• Monitor project costs vs. budget and highlight variances
• Ensure accurate quantity take-offs (BOQ) and rate analysis
• Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and project teams for billing inputs
• Maintain proper documentation for invoices, measurements, and approvals
• Evaluate and certify work completed at site as per drawings and specifications
• Manage change orders, extra item billing, and escalation claims
• Support in final bill settlement and contract closing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual terms
