Required Requirements
Need to work from StoneX Bangalore office 3 days a week
- Strong Power BI development experience, including reports, dashboards, semantic models, Power Query, DAX, datasets, and RLS.
- End-to-end Power BI implementation experience, from data acquisition and modeling through report development, deployment, and support.
- Strong SQL expertise, including writing, debugging, and optimizing complex queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning.
- Ability to support cutover readiness, migration tracking, exception management, and post-go-live monitoring through reporting.
- Experience with data validation and reconciliation between legacy and target-state reporting sources.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable dashboards.
- Experience partnering with Data Engineering, QA, Technology, and Business teams to investigate data quality issues and reporting gaps.
- Ability to document report logic, data models, source systems, business rules, and assumptions.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience querying and analyzing data in Databricks using SQL.
- Understanding of modern data lakehouse architectures.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM, Dataverse, or customer data reporting.
- Prior experience supporting cutover, migration, mock cutover, go-live, or hypercare activities.
