Role Description The Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role. This role is responsible for marketing and placing bench candidates, identifying suitable job opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and candidates. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and developing new client accounts, negotiating rates and terms, coordinating interviews, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake through onboarding. The Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter will track pipeline activities, maintain accurate records in recruitment tools, and collaborate closely with internal teams to meet placement targets and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- We are looking for a Bench Sales Recruiters with 3-5 years of experience to join our team.
- Candidates should possess strong Bench Sales Recruitment skills, including bench marketing, client outreach, and closing placements.
- Candidates should possess Hiring and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, understand requirements, and support successful onboarding.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, negotiation, and professional follow-up.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and meet placement and revenue expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Bench sales recruitment field is preferred.
