Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr Bench Sales Recruiter, based in Madhapur,Hyderabad. The Sr Bench Sales Recruiter will manage the entire sales lifecycle, engage in sales recruitment, and perform full-life cycle recruiting activities. The role includes hiring for various IT positions, building and managing client accounts, and maintaining effective communication with candidates, consultants, and clients to ensure successful placements. Collaborating with internal teams, identifying opportunities, and developing strong relationships are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
- Experience in Hiring and driving recruitment activities
- Skills in Account Management to support and expand client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills for liaising with candidates, clients, and internal teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Familiarity with the IT consulting industry and talent market is preferred
