Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA) based in Noida. The Sr. BDA will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, and designing effective business strategies. The position also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Research, and identification of business opportunities
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams while achieving targets
- Experience in EdTech or related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Proactive attitude, result-oriented mindset, and strong organizational skills
