About The Role
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Senior Backend Developer. The candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems that support our innovative software solutions. The role involves collaborating closely with technical partners and team members to ensure seamless integration and high-quality deliverables. Regular interaction with US stakeholders during client calls to discuss requirements, project progress, and technical solutions is an essential part of the position. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in C# development.
- Hands-on experience with C# .Net framework and SQL Server.
- Proven ability to write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL scripts, queries, and stored procedures.
- Excellent interactive communication skills, with comfort in live coding sessions and discussions.
- Exposure to business logic workflows and understanding of software architecture can be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using C# and .Net technologies to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL scripts, queries, and stored procedures to support application functionalities.
- Participate actively in pair programming, mob programming, and code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to continuous product improvement by providing constructive technical suggestions and innovative ideas.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, codebase, and technical processes for future reference and onboarding.
- Engage in regular communication with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and clarify technical requirements.
