About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Senior Backend Developer with 6-8 years of experience in Java-based technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable backend services and contributing to microservices-based architecture.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.Design and implement microservices architecture.Build and consume RESTful APIs.Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and product managers.Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and development environments.Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.Required Skills & Qualifications6-8 years of experience in backend development.Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.Experience with microservices architecture.Good understanding of REST APIs and web services.Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).Familiarity with version control systems like Git.Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Experience with Spring Cloud, Docker, or Kubernetes.Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
