About The Role
We are seeking passionate and experienced Backend Engineers to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining the core systems that handle millions of financial transactions daily. Your work will directly influence the financial lives of our users, enabling features such as seamless payments, real-time banking, and secure data processing. Qualifications
- Up to 5 years of backend development experience using modern programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, Node.js, C#, or Scala.
- Proven experience in designing and scaling systems that maintain stability under high load and pressure.
- Strong expertise in cloud technologies, including AWS, OCI, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems and messaging queues like Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of collaborating effectively within a global team.
- Problem-solving mindset with a passion for building reliable and efficient systems.
Bonus points include frontend knowledge with JavaScript or Vue.js, prior startup experience, and a demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt quickly.
