Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Associate Vice President (Sr. AVP) to lead strategic initiatives, manage critical business functions, and drive organizational growth. In this full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru, the Sr. AVP will oversee cross-functional teams, develop and execute strategic plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business objectives. Responsibilities include managing operations, identifying new business opportunities, fostering team engagement, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The role also demands a focus on delivering measurable results and enhancing overall performance across initiatives.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
• Experience: 12–15+ years in Institutional Sales, Corporate Relations, or Regional Business Management.
• Sector Background: Preference for leaders from FinTech, Insurance (Group Sales), Banking (Corporate Salary), or SaaS/HR-Tech backgrounds. • Network: Must have an existing network of HR leaders and decision-makers in large scale corporate houses.
• Leadership Scale: Proven experience in managing multi-layered teams (Managers, Executives, and Interns).
• Educational Background: MBA from a Tier-1 institute or equivalent professional experience in strategic business management.
