Hiring for a PE-backed US firm building its India GCC to support multiple CPA firms.

Location : Hyderabad ( Hybrid)

Timings : 2 PM - 11 PM

Preferred : Candidates with immediate joining / 30 days Notice period.

Role -We are seeking experienced professionals in US Accounting/Bookkeeping ( 2+ Years of experience ) responsible for end-to-end bookkeeping and ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Key Responsibilities

1. Bookkeeping & Accounting Operations

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Maintain general ledgers by establishing accounts and posting entries
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable cycles

2. Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
• Maintain accuracy, completeness, and compliance across all financial records and reports

3. Client Account Management

• Manage and maintain multiple client accounts
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Provide clients with clear, timely, and accurate financial insights
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving

4. Process Improvement

• Identify and drive improvements in bookkeeping and accounting workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance systems, controls, and efficiency
