Role Description
The Sr Associate - Strategic Operations role involves managing day-to-day Operations, Performance monitoring & evaluation, managing compliance follow ups, and supporting the strategic objectives of Business. Responsibilities include coordinating operational processes, analyzing data for decision-making support, and ensuring efficient customer service delivery. This is a full-time on-site role based in the Pune District, where you will work closely with teams across functions to ensure operational excellence and success.
A candidate with exposure to US Healthcare industry is preferred. Person will be needed to work in US overlap hours.
Job Description
1. Compliance & Process Adherence The candidate must manage recurring compliance tasks including weekly spore test tracking, vendor coordination, invoice verification, and timely communication with practice office managers — all within defined deadlines.
2. Data Accuracy & Attention to Detail The role demands meticulous data handling — identifying duplicate entries, cross-checking service dates, and reviewing AI-generated outputs for errors. Precision is a core expectation, not an added advantage.
3. Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking The candidate must be able to independently identify and resolve day-to-day operational challenges — whether it's a missing compliance submission, a pricing discrepancy in a vendor cart, or an error in extracted payroll data.
4. Communication & Email Drafting Strong written communication skills are essential. The candidate will be responsible for drafting and sending professional emails to vendors and practice office managers independently, maintaining a consistent and timely communication schedule.
5. Excel / Google Sheets Proficiency A strong command of spreadsheet tools is required
6. AI Tool Usage (Claude / ChatGPT) Comfort with AI productivity tools such as Claude or ChatGPT will be an added advantage
