Skill - Service Now Developer with CAD and CSA
Experience - 5+ years
Location - Global Village SEZ - Bengaluru - WFO
Job Description -We are looking for a mid-senior level ServiceNow developer. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications. Should have managed ServiceNow administration and development.
Technical Skills
- Service now development, integration and implementation experience on ITSM modules
- Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists
- Experience on creation and customization of complex workflows and custom workflow activities
- Experience in development of custom modules/Application
- Hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAX,JSON, CSS,Webservices, SOAP, email, and other integration
- Experience working with Performance Analytics, email notifications, inbound actions, reports, gauges, and home pages
- Knowledge on AngularJS, Bootstrap and service mapping will be added advantage
- Expertise on API integrations with other systems
- Expertise on flow designer
- Exposure to instance upgrade
- Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge
- Exposure to app engine studio
- Good to have – multi domain knowledge
Process Skills
- Good Understanding of ITIL v3 processes
- Gathering requirements and converting BRD’s into technical requirements
- Created design patterns & implementation plans for ServiceNow enhancements
Behavioral Skills
- Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs
- Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
- Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity
Qualification
- 5+ years of relevant working experience in ServiceNow
- BE CS or MCA
Mandatory Certification
- ServiceNow system administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
