Job Description
Job responsibilities:
Working with the Equity Capital Market (ECM) team of one of the largest global asset manager, where the key responsibilities will include:
- Collection, Sanitization, and Gathering of deal (Equity / loans) related data from different databases, banker emails, etc.
- Working on client platforms and databases including client proprietory databases
- Data mining , data verification and validation
- Consolidation od data would require using Excel formulas or sometimes macros
- Regular client communication and interactions
- Maintaining timeliness of deliverables
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
To succeed in this position, you must:
- MBA-Finance / MMS from tier-I/ II institutes
- Very good understanding of financial data (financial statement, KPIs, ratios, etc)
- Knowledge of Fund Management/IPO/Deals will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Excel along with complex Excel formulas
- Knowledge of Macros/VBA/Any Programing Language will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of different Databases like Bloomberg/FactSet
- Good communication skills
- Timeliness of deliverables and attention to detail
