Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical professional to join the team in a Partner Incentive Operations role. This position will act as the financial and logical backbone for managing and operationalizing incentives, cashbacks, and revenue share models across partners.
The role requires translating complex business agreements into accurate system logic and financial outcomes, ensuring that growth initiatives are executed with strong control over margins and payouts.
Role Positioning
- Embedded within the business function, supporting deal execution and optimization
- Works closely with:
- Finance → payout validation, net revenue accuracy
- BI/Data teams → data validation and insights
Acts as the bridge between business strategy and financial realization
Key Responsibilities
1. Incentive & Cashback Execution: Own the end-to-end execution and ongoing management of partner incentive programs, ensuring accurate application, timely updates, and alignment with defined business and financial frameworks across multiple partners and scenarios.
2. Deal Logic Translation: Interpret commercial agreements and translate them into structured, system-ready logic, handling conditional constructs, dependencies, and edge cases to ensure consistent and accurate execution.
3. Margin & Financial Control: Continuously monitor and validate the financial impact of incentive programs, ensuring accuracy of payouts, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining strong control over margin outcomes.
4. Business Partnership & Deal Evaluation: Collaborate with business teams to review and evaluate deal structures, assess financial implications, and provide insights to improve efficiency, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
5. Reporting & Insights: Track performance across incentive programs and generate actionable insights to support decision-making, highlight trends, and improve overall effectiveness.
6. Effectively communicate and collaborate with Sales teams on deal structures, incentive logic, and overall impact. Present insights and updates with clarity and precision, translating complex calculations into simple, business-friendly narratives for decision-making.
7. Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, standardize processes, and support automation initiatives to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Capability (Critical)
- Strong quantitative and logical problem-solving skills

Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, Strong Quantitative Ability
- Experience working with large datasets and validations
Experience
- 3–6 years in:
- Finance Operations / Business Operations
- Pricing, incentives, or deal structuring roles
