Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sr. Associate Legal Counsel with at least 3 Years of hands on experience.
The Sr. Associate will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, drafting contracts, and negotiating agreements.
The role also involves addressing client legal issues, conducting legal research, and collaborating with team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with an experienced legal team specializing in Criminal Defense and Family Law.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Advice and resolving Legal Issues
- Strong expertise in Law and Contract Negotiation
- Experience with Legal Document Preparation and understanding complex legal frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Strong research and analytical abilities to inform decision-making
- A law degree from a recognized institution and membership in the bar council
- Previous experience in Criminal Defense / Family Law / Civil Law is a significant advantage
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and providing ethical legal support
