Location: Noida Sec 62
Timings: 10:30am - 7:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Assess current and future hiring needs and prepare workforce forecasts
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Source candidates proactively to fill current vacancies and build talent pipelines
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job description creation, screening, interview coordination, and candidate evaluation
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Support employee retention and development initiatives
- Act as the SPOC and oversee the recruitment team’s activities
- Plan and participate in career fairs, assessment centers, and other hiring events
- Track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement
- Handle HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, and employer branding
- Strong understanding of various selection methods and assessment techniques
- Proficiency in using job portals, social media platforms, and sourcing tools
- Ability to understand role requirements, responsibilities, and competencies
- Highly organized with the ability to maintain and manage candidate databases
- Strategic mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
