Sr. Associate - Quote Desk
Location- Sector 54, Gurgaon
Responsibilities
- Analyse and respond to customer RFPs/RFIs, understanding technical and commercial requirements.
- Create accurate Bill of Materials (BoM) covering hardware, software/licenses, support, and services strictly as per RFP/RFI requirements.
- Engage with OEMs and authorized partners to:
- Seek product clarifications
- Request quotations
- Validate compliance with RFP/RFI specifications
- Review, validate, and analyze OEM and partner quotes to ensure:
- Alignment with RFP/RFI requirements
- Commercial accuracy and completeness
- Work closely with sales, bid management, and commercial teams to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions.
- Support pricing inputs by validating SKUs, quantities, support levels, and licensing terms.
- Identify gaps, risks, or non-compliance in quotes and highlight them to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with global teams, distributors, and internal teams during the bid lifecycle.
- Assist in responding to customer technical/commercial clarifications during the bid process.
- Maintain documentation related to BoMs, quotes, compliance matrices, and bid submissions.
- Stay updated on product portfolios, SKUs, licensing models, and support structures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 - 4 years of professional working experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills & Experience:
Good understanding of enterprise networking products, including routers, switches, firewalls, and related security solutions.
Hands-on experience working with vendors.
Proven experience in:
• RFP/RFI analysis
• BoM preparation
• OEM/vendor quotation handling
• Working knowledge of licensing, subscriptions, and support contracts.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with partners, and internal teams.
