- Proven Computer navigation skills (Mandatory)
- Excellent Access and Excel skills and proficiency in working on Pivots
- Ability to independently handle ad hoc requests
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Voice skills for internal communication with US Team.
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
- Teamwork/ Managing Self / Adaptability
- Adaptability to change
- Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritizing effectively.
- Ability to find creative and innovative solutions to business problems
- Proven working knowledge of MS Office suite (Mandatory)
- Good listening, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish priorities and handle multiple assignments concurrently with minimal direction in an evolving, fast paced work environment
- Good Analytical, Problem-Solving Approach
- Proven customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, well organized and flexible with a sense of urgency approach
