Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Associate located at the Mumbai office. The Senior Associate will be responsible for handling legal drafting, advisory work, research, and case preparation across diverse areas of law, including corporate law, arbitration, intellectual property, and real estate projects. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, representing them in legal proceedings, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. They will collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality legal services effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in legal drafting, contract creation, regulatory compliance, and legal research
- Experience in corporate law, arbitration, and intellectual property-related cases
- Ability to analyze case files, provide legal advice, and prepare necessary documentation
- Proficiency in managing client communications and building professional relationships
- Understanding of real estate, banking, and finance-related legal practices
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and enrollment with a Bar Council; LLM is a plus
- Previous experience in any renowned law firm or relevant judicial practice
