Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Area Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Sr. Area Manager will oversee regional operations, develop and implement sales strategies, manage teams to achieve targets, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, ensuring profitability, delivering excellent customer experience, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards and policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management, business development, and executing regional strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and performance monitoring
- A solid understanding of market analysis and revenue forecasting
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in financial services or a similar role is highly advantageous
- Willingness to relocate and commute to the Bengaluru location
