We're Hiring | Senior Architect
Join BNR Group and be part of creating landmark commercial, mixed-use, retail, and infrastructure developments.
We are looking for a Senior Architect with a passion for design excellence, technical expertise, and project execution to lead architectural planning and coordination from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead architectural design and planning
✔ Coordinate with Structural, MEP & external consultants
✔ Manage statutory approvals and regulatory compliance
✔ Review drawings and support site execution
✔ Drive value engineering and design optimization
✔ Ensure quality, timelines, and project delivery
Requirements
- B.Arch.
- 8–15 years of experience in real estate/construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, and MS Office
- Strong experience in commercial, mixed-use, retail, or large-scale developments
- Excellent coordination and leadership skills
