Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior AR (Accounts Receivable) Caller based in Hyderabad. The Sr AR Caller will handle accounts receivable follow-ups, communicate with insurance companies to resolve claims, and ensure timely payments for healthcare providers. Daily responsibilities include analyzing claims, initiating appeals for denied claims, addressing underpayments, and verifying patient insurance details. The role demands collaboration with internal teams to achieve revenue targets and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in accounts receivable follow-ups, denial management, and insurance claim resolutions
- Experience with patient eligibility checks, pre-authorizations, and addressing underpayments
- Proficiency in end-to-end billing processes and compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with insurance companies and internal stakeholders
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and consistently meet performance metrics and deadlines
- Experience in handling Workers' Compensation, No-Fault, Auto, and Health Insurance claims is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or related professional qualification in Healthcare Management, Finance, or a relevant field is preferred
