What You Will Do
- Revit BIM modeling of engineering services including Electrical (ELV) as per the designed tender markups.
- Checking the clashes within and between services using Navisworks Manage software and expunges according to the clash report.
- Coordination with ASMEP services with the program schedule.
- Preparation of Cable routing and Conduit routing with setting out details.
- Strong Knowledge and Preparation of Revit parametric families, schedules and construction documents (Setting out details, Shop Drawings) using Revit MEP.
- Fire Alarm design knowledge – Battery/ Loop calculations, Xtralis VESDA calculation software preferred.
- Working in ACC Collaboration.
- Manage medium sized projects Individually and work with the Team on Big Projects.
- Meeting and coordinating with Global stakeholders on daily basis.
How You Will Do It
- Autodesk Revit.
- Family Creation - Parametric Families (Any Version).
- Autodesk ACC – working Experience.
- Navisworks Manage.
- AutoCAD Tool (Any Version).
- ELV – (Fire Alarm, PAVA, Access control, BMS system) design knowledge preferred.
Required
What we look for
- BE/BTech - Electrical & minimum 4-7 years REVIT experience especially in Electrical/ ELV modelling.
- Revit experience and detailed understanding of its process including setting up and maintaining projects, files, families and work sets.
- Fire Alarm Design Knowledge – preferably NICET or BS5839 certified Engineer.
- Knowledge of clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred.
- Experience in MEP Construction Field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written & verbal communication skills.
- ELV product & design knowledge.
