Key Responsibilities
- Work on offshore and onsite client projects involving Oracle Data Integration and Fusion Data Intelligence.
- Interact with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement ETL/ELT solutions using Oracle methodologies and best practices.
- Perform technical design, development, system integration, and testing activities.
- Develop and optimize data warehouse and business intelligence solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, data modeling, and solution design activities.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, data governance, and quality practices.
- Support deployment and post-production activities as required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) - Mandatory
- Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) - Mandatory
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies:
- OBIEE / Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
- Oracle BI Applications
- Data Engineering
- Data Lake Implementations
- OCI Data Integration (OCI DI)
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT design and development concepts.
- Good knowledge of:
- Oracle Database
- SQL
- PL/SQL
- Experience in database application development and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture and data modeling concepts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
Preferred / Good To Have Skills
- Experience in:
- OAC / OBIEE RPD Modeling
- Report Design & Development
- Data Lake Implementations
- OCI-based Data Engineering
- Exposure to other ETL tools such as:
- Informatica
- Talend
- Azure Data Factory
- Knowledge of:
- EDQ
- PySpark
- Snowflake
- BI Publisher
- Oracle or related industry certifications will be an added advantage.
