Job details:
Sr. Analytics Engineer
We have been in the enterprise ATS space for 10 years. When a new client joins MyNextHire, two things have to go right: their data moves across cleanly and their reporting layer gets built well enough that their TA team actually uses it. This role owns both.
What you need to achieve
Onboard 20 new enterprise clients within 12 months with zero data discrepancies at go-live -- by building and reusing an AI-based migration utility -- while keeping ongoing reporting needs for existing clients met through a small junior team.
How the best people get there
- Got the fifth migration done in less time and with fewer manual fixes than the first -- by reusing and sharpening an AI migration utility every cycle -- so migration cost compounds down across the year rather than reset to zero each time
- Design the metrics and dimensions layer beneath the dashboards by understanding how each client's TA function actually measures success -- so clients stop raising ad hoc report requests and start running their hiring off the data
- Walk into a client requirements conversation and walk out with a clean spec -- by asking the right questions before a single line is written -- so there is no back and forth and no rework
- Catch data discrepancies before the client does -- through automated validation and pre-go-live audits -- so every go-live is a clean handover, not a fire drill
- Hold the client room on data -- present results, handle pushback on definitions and gaps -- so every conversation closes with client confidence and no escalation needed
What you can count on
- A product with 10 years of enterprise ATS depth and clients whose data is complex enough to be interesting
- No gatekeeping on tooling -- if an AI tool makes migration faster and cleaner, use it
- Direct access to the product team in a WFO setup so a data question gets answered the same day
- A founding team that came up through product and data and will not ask you to cut corners to make a deadline look good
- A small junior data engineering team to take ongoing reporting work off your plate so you can stay on migrations and design
What you need to be resourceful around
- No legacy data engineering team to hand migrations off to -- you design the approach, execute it and own the output
- Client go-live timelines do not move -- if your migration plan has a gap, it is yours to close before the date
- The reference reporting suite is still being built -- you are not inheriting a playbook, you are writing it
- The junior team is there to leverage, not to manage in the conventional sense -- briefs in, work out, your judgment on quality
Why this is your next move
- In 18 months you will have built the data and reporting foundation that dozens of enterprise TA teams run their hiring on every week
- The AI migration utility you build will be a MyNextHire product asset -- built by you, scaled by the company
- There is no ceiling on someone who can ship clean migrations, build reports that get used and hold a client room -- this role grows fast
