You will partner with stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to define requirements, ensure data quality, build reports, and continuously improve analytics products.
Key Duties And Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize semantic models using dimensional star-schema design, DAX, and performance best practices.
- Build, enhance, and maintain data preparation/ETL logic using Power Query and Microsoft Fabric (e.g., Dataflows Gen2, Lakehouse/Warehouse where applicable).
- Validate new data sources and data‑gathering techniques; assess data quality, completeness, and reliability before enabling broad consumption.
- Partner with business owners to define KPI definitions, metric logic, and governance; document business rules, calculations, and refresh schedules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data and report issues (incorrect numbers, refresh failures, model relationships, row‑level security, performance bottlenecks).
- Produce ad‑hoc analyses and executive‑ready reporting that explain drivers of operational and financial variances.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with IT and business teams to align on architecture, access, and scalable delivery solutions.
- Support and enable self‑service analytics by coaching users, creating reusable templates, and contributing to best‑practice standards.
- (Preferred) Use Python to support analytics delivery through data processing and automation (e.g., data wrangling, validation, transformation, and repeatable refresh/quality checks) to augment reporting and insights.
- (Preferred) Contribute to building and improving AI agents (e.g., prototypes in Fabric Operations Agents or similar) that integrate with business processes and analytics workflows
