The primary responsibility would involve collaborating directly with clients for understanding their requirement around investments in structured credit space. The individual would assist in managing the project and coordinating with IT to onboard the
transaction on our proprietary platform and monitor on ongoing basis. The individual would be involved in researching across various financial and legal agreements and in monitoring and reporting key metrics of such investments.

Work closely with clients in understanding their private credit investments and assessing requirements around their portfolios
âª
Setup reporting dashboards on Oxane’s proprietary platform by coordinating with technology team
âª
Build and maintain financial models to validate the Borrowing Base computations
âª
Calculate financial covenants and other key risk metrics around client’s portfolios
âª
Comprehend and extract relevant data from credit agreements, amendment documents and other reports as required by clients or for monitoring the transaction

Analyze the output reports and present them to clients while ensuring accuracy in logics, data and reporting formats
Requirements

Broad understanding of the corporate credit landscape and core financial concepts
âª
Proficiency in financial modelling using MS Excel
âª
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
âª
Strong communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal
âª
Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict and aggressive deadlines
âª
Desired candidate must have graduated / MBA/ advanced degree in finance
âª
Prior experience with Investment Bank, Investment Management firm or Financial Advisory firm, preferable
