Job Summary
The Senior Product Owner operates with increased autonomy and scope, leading complex product areas or multiple Agile teams delivering AI‑enabled and automation‑heavy solutions. This role actively shapes solution direction while mentoring other Product Owners and influencing stakeholders across the value stream.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads backlog strategy for complex AI and digital platform capabilities
- Anticipates dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across systems and teams
- Coach's Agile teams on product mindset, value delivery, and flow optimization
- Partners with Product Managers and the AI Services Manager on roadmap execution
- Balances near‑term delivery with longer‑term platform sustainability and reuse
- Applies hypothesis‑driven learning and customer feedback to continuously refine solutions
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, India is a requirement of the role. Mode of Working: This role follows a hybrid work model, with a primary base in Bengaluru. While on-site presence is essential for key engagements, flexibility is offered for remote work based on business needs and team alignment
Skills And Background You’ll Need
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Technology or a related field.
Experience: 3 years in a product owner role working within an Agile environment in addition to progressive experience in problem analysis and proven value delivery with digital solutions. Extensive experience as a Product Owner with mastery in core responsibilities. Skilled in negotiating and securing stakeholder buy-in for product priorities.

- Comfort working in AI‑enabled, data‑driven environments
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, data, security, and business partners
