We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in SLMs, RAG pipelines, MCP-native architectures, and multi-agent AI systems to build production-grade AI solutions for real-world automation use cases.
MUST HAVE:
- Strong Python development experience
- Hands-on experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex
- Built RAG systems using vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Qdrant)
- Experience with SLM fine-tuning (Llama, Gemma, Phi-3, Mistral, DeepSeek)
- Developed multi-agent AI systems (CrewAI / AutoGen / LangGraph)
- Experience with MCP-native AI architectures
- Strong understanding of AI workflow automation & tool orchestration
- Experience with model serving and monitoring in production
- Built real-time AI apps (WebSockets / streaming responses)
TECH STACK:
Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, Transformers, FastAPI, vLLM, Ollama, MLflow, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and deploy production RAG systems
- Build multi-agent AI workflows for automation
- Optimize AI latency, cost, and reliability
- Develop MCP-native AI services and custom MCP servers
- Manage AI memory, data lifecycle, and model serving.
