Job description:
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with hands-on experience in agentic AI systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), and custom chatbot development. The ideal candidate will design and build conversation-based AI solutions using proprietary datasets, integrate intelligent agents for task automation, and contribute to vision-based AI projects such as object detection and video-language models (VLM/VLA).
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution
· Build and fine-tune LLM-powered chatbots using custom datasets
· Develop conversational AI solutions with contextual memory, tools, and multi-step reasoning
· Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases
· Train, fine-tune, and optimize models using open-source and proprietary LLMs
· Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
· Collaborate with product, backend, and frontend teams for AI-driven features
· Evaluate model performance, optimize latency, and ensure scalability
· Maintain documentation, model versioning, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, LLMs, and backend development.
· Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
· Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, LLaMA, Mistral, Gemini, etc.)
· Experience building agentic workflows (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents, etc.)
· Expertise in custom chatbot development using own/proprietary datasets
