SEO & AEO Specialist (0–4 Years Experience)
We are looking for a passionate, performance-driven, and AI-aware SEO & AEO Specialist who understands how search is evolving beyond traditional SEO.
This role is ideal for someone who is not just focused on rankings, but also understands AI search visibility, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), content ecosystems, user intent, topical authority, and organic growth strategy.

Position
SEO & AEO Specialist
Experience: 2–4 Years
Location: On-site ( Ahmedabad )
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred ( MAX 15 DAYS )
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute end-to-end SEO strategies for websites across different industries
Work on On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and Content Optimization
Build topical authority and content ecosystems aligned with modern search behavior
Optimize websites for AI-driven search experiences and Answer Engines (AEO)
Perform keyword research, search intent mapping, and competitor analysis
Create and optimize content briefs using SEO + AEO best practices
Work on schema implementation, featured snippets, FAQ optimization, and entity-based SEO
Monitor rankings, traffic, crawl health, indexing, and website performance
Use tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, etc.
Coordinate with content writers, developers, and designers for execution
Handle basic client communication confidently and professionally
Present reports, insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities to clients/team
Stay updated with Google updates, AI search trends, and evolving SEO practices
Required Skills
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
Good knowledge of AEO / AI Search Optimization concepts
Understanding of search intent, semantic SEO, and topical authority
Familiarity with technical SEO concepts
Knowledge of schema markup and structured data
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Self-driven, proactive, and growth-oriented personality
Strong learning attitude and execution capability
