Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Advance R&D Technician & Technical Service position located in Pune. The role involves conducting research and development projects, performing laboratory testing, ensuring quality control of products, and troubleshooting technical problems. The position includes contributing to product innovations, supporting technical service operations, and providing solutions to enhance product performance and meet customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data effectively
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and product innovation
- Strong Laboratory Skills and understanding of processes and equipment
- Expertise in Quality Control and ensuring product compliance with standards
- Problem-solving capabilities, including identifying and Troubleshooting technical issues
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Relevant experience in the specialty chemicals or coatings industry is an advantage
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
