Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Admission Counsellor, based in Hyderabad, Chennai, or Coimbatore. The Senior Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing accurate and timely information on courses, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience. Additional responsibilities include following up with leads, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, contributing to sales goals, and representing the institute during outreach activities and events.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills for effectively engaging with prospective students and stakeholders
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and provide a satisfying onboarding process
- Proficiency in Sales and ability to assess students' needs, provide guidance, and achieve enrollment targets
- Basic understanding of the Education industry or professional training programs
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Experience in admission counseling, sales, or related roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent experience in a relevant field
