The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills which will enable them to clearly present solutions to clients. They should be comfortable conducting research and analysis in order to establish a good understanding of the business at hand. They should have an interest in examining and streamlining processes in order to make them more efficient.
Responsibilities
1. Advanced Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex issues related to Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and File Server.
2. Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
3. Group Policy Management: Design, implement, and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security and configuration settings across the organization.
4. Scripting and Automation: Develop and implement scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
5. Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with other teams and provide technical support to resolve complex issues. you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and advanced troubleshooting of Active Directory environments
6. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of our directory services

0. Architecture and Design:Design and implement complex Active Directory architectures based on business requirements and industry best practices
0. Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing Active Directory structures
0. Implementation and Configuration:Deploy and configure Active Directory domain controllers, forests, and domains
0. Implement Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and ensure consistent policy application
0. Security and Compliance:Enforce security policies and practices within the Active Directory environment
0. Implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches
0. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
0. Advanced Troubleshooting:Provide L3 support for complex Active Directory issues
0. Investigate and resolve authentication, replication, and other Active Directory-related problems
0. Performance Optimization:Monitor and optimize the performance of Active Directory components
0. Implement solutions to address performance bottlenecks
0. Upgrade and Migration:Plan and execute Active Directory upgrades and migrations
0. Implement strategies for seamless transition to new Active Directory versions
0. Automation and Scripting:Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for Active Directory automation tasks
0. Implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive processes
0. Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Active Directory architectures, configurations, and procedures
0. Update documentation to reflect changes and improvements
